The trousers of my dreams

I have been looking for these palazzo pants, or a similar pair, for as long as I can remember. Navy blue, silk, polka dot flared trousers. I think it was 2004 when Kate wore them. Reading this article by Another Magazine has made me consider finding the fabric and making a custom-made pair from scratch!
